* The Besselian Elements are the input data needed for the algorithms of the computer programs described in the Occultations chapter of the book Astronomical Tables of the Sun, Moon and Planets (1995) by Jean Meeus. With those programs one can determine local timings for occultations, and the graze latitudes for specific geographic longitudes.
